Email is the only contact channel at the moment. It keeps things simple and avoids the need for a chat widget or ticket system that would slow the site down. Send your message to:

Reply time is usually within a few business days. Solancr is a small project, so a slower response is possible during busy weeks. Every message is read.

What to Include

The clearer the message, the faster it can be answered. A useful report includes the following when relevant:

• The QR type page you were using, such as URL, WiFi, or vCard.
• A short description of what you expected and what actually happened.
• The browser and device you used, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone.
• A screenshot if the issue is visual.

For questions about a specific code you created, describe the content type. Do not send passwords or private data. Since Solancr does not store form inputs, any information you send by email is separate from the tool and should be handled with normal email caution.

Reporting a Bug

If a form fails, a download does not work, or the preview looks wrong, send the details above. Bugs in specific browsers are the most common kind and are usually fixed quickly once reproducible.

Suggesting a New Format

Solancr currently supports 24 QR code types. If you need a format that is not on the list, describe the use case. Suggestions that come with a real example are easier to evaluate than abstract ideas.

Privacy Questions

Questions about data handling are answered on the Privacy Policy and QR Scan Privacy pages. If something there is still unclear, email is the right channel.

Commercial Use

QR codes generated on Solancr can be used freely in commercial material. No permission is required, no attribution is needed, and there is no fee. If you would like to mention Solancr somewhere, it is appreciated but entirely optional.

Partnerships and Press

For anything related to press, partnerships, or integration requests, use the same email address and mention the purpose in the subject line.

What Not to Send

Please do not send:

• Passwords, WiFi credentials, or other secret values.
• Full credit card numbers or payment details, as there is nothing to pay for.
• Large attachments. A short screenshot is enough.
• Unsolicited marketing or SEO offers. Those messages are ignored.
